D D How bout....

that football game! We are headed to the Superbowl!
I'm not really a sport fan.....,unless you count Figure Skating, but when the MA teams are getting down to the playoffs...that  is when I lend my ears and eyes to a game.  This WIn was too close for me. In these cases, I can't stand to watch and leave the room or turn my head away from the tv screen during crucial times.

The W.B. aka Butch was an asshole yesterday. After the game we decided on what plates, etc. we wanted form our favorite Chinese food place. Tracie was here and ordered a plate and gave Jill her money to pay for it. We are down to a small table with four matching chairs, BUT we have PLENTY OF FOLDING CHAIRS and at least eight of us can put our feeding arm on the table. This would have been Butch's daughter Alex ( she had a McDonalds Happy Meal. ), Tracie, myself and hubby, Logan,Jill and Butch.. SEVEN people. He made a nasty comment when Tracie came to the table. Something about the vulture was circling the food and I told him that I had called her out to the table. He then refused to join us saying there was no room and he would wait while making more digs at Tracie.  As soon as he thought Alex was done ( she wasn't ) he came to the table and grabbed up her food box , threw it away, told her to get her coat on and left. Her dessert and prize and fries were in the trash.
Jill said he had at least four "meltdowns" during the day.  I guess this outburst was because according to him, he doesn't know where he places in this family. We both say...too efffin bad. His behavior is childish. Jill told him it was obvious that he didn't come from a large family as all her siblings learned to just sit where they could to eat. Worked for them!

9:15 came and I heard his raised voice. He was giving her an argument about last night and then he stormed out. Wants her to move in with him. HIM who might get an eviction notice any time soon. ??? here it is the 23rd and he still hasn't paid the first of the months rent. His roommate gave him his $650 towards the rent and HE HAS BLOWN IT!  I can imagine that he is stressed out, but it's none of our faults. While Jill shopped for a few groceries before the game yesterday he went into Bob's Store and bought himself and his daughter a Patriots sweatshirt to the tune of $100.   How assinine is this!!!!
I had told myself that TODAY WAS THE DAY I was going to knuckle down and eat right. Grabbed a damned brownie that Jill baked yesterday and chowed it down. Did it help my nerves...........NO. Only gave me a guilt trip. sighhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hubby's visiting nurse is coming at ten.  he has a follow up appointment at the V.A. in Boston in urology at one p.m.  I have a chiro appt. at 11:45 a.m. and Jill has a phone call in to Logan's doctor. He is no better and had a bad time of it at 4 a.m.  When I told hubby his appt. may have to be put out he acted like it was the end of the world. he has an efffin UTI. Of course his urine will test POS for a UTI. Nothing new is going on with him, but he is acting slighted at the mention of us cancelling todays appt.   I say...Get Over It!  You are not being neglected.

I'd like to shower before his nurse comes, but he has made his way into the bathroom. sighhhhhhhhhhh

I slept fairly good last night. :0) Took a muscle relaxant and two Tylenol PM's.
Hubby woke at seven asking for his pain med. I slept through that middle of the night pain pill hour ,whether on purpose or not. Moi BAD!  
One pain med every eight hours is managing his pain. Thank you Lord. I am going to make it to his refill date. Calling Wed. and picking up his new refill on Friday. Even then...I think i will just give him ONE PILL at 8, 2 and 8 and maybe 2 pain pills in the middle of the night if either of us wakes.
If it works...less is better, right????????????????????????????????
Maybe the next time he is hospitalized and they stop his pain med, he won't be in so much agony.

Hubby tried to act all innocent yesterday. Asked Jill why Butch always seems to appear when he comes anywhere near her.  What has he done to him, he asked.  Com'mon now....Can he be for real!

Nurse came and once she heard Logan had viral mumps , she masked up. 
Jill is waiting for a call from his doctor as to when he wants to see Logan. Thusly...I called and cancelled hubby's urology appointment. They will reset it for another date. Once they heard Logan had mumps they didn't want to see hubby. He's pissed that I told them cause they wouldn't have known. I asked him if it would be fair to them for them to possibly bring that germ home to their children,etc. That seemed to quiet him down...FOR NOW!  
Put a call in to the doctor that gave me cortisone injections in my rt. arm to have my records/notes sent to me. The orthopedist wants these records and current xrays brought to my appointment Feb. 13th.
Trying to get ahead of the game and get what needs to be done...done and over with. 
   Hubby called Butch an asshole to me this morning.When I asked him why he was an asshole today, he claims he stomped around this house while he was trying to sleep. When was that, I asked. To which he answered around eleven p.m.last night.  I told him Butch was NOT HERE at that time and he insisted he was and I slept through it. Didn't happen, I told him. Later he called Jill in to ask her if he was here while I was out of the room. He got the same answer.
I agree...he is an asshole though ;0)
It's 11"35 and I am off to the chiropractor for 11;45.
