Haven't forgotten you.

Just being kept busy living my new life. 

Ed and I have been in FL a few weeks now. Before that it was a week at his daughter's in TN.
This time we are staying at my daughter Jill's First Love's ( when they both were 15) house in North Port, FL.
Chris has been staying at his girlfriends for some months now and offered his home to us. :0)
Inground heated pool , hot tub....guess which one we have been in the most. ;0)

Today I'm off to visit a son at his wife's place we stayed at last year in this same town. Going to put him to work on our laptops. That's what he gets for being a computer engineer. ;0) He can power wash the mobile home another day.

New day.............

Been doing some fun things. Like going to a comedy club once a week. :0)
I love the weather here THIS TIME of the year. 70's low 80's.
WE sit out in the lanai when we are at the house ..... it's most enjoyable even up to after 9 p.m. and usually we are out on it between 5 and 6 a.m.  :0). I for ne...am going to miss this and I know Ed will too.

Jill has made up her mind that she isn't going to allow her son Gil to continue to break her heart.
She took him back to the in patient place he was before. It's a one week program, which we all know isn't worth the powder to blow it to hell....but IF TRUE...his father said he will pay for a month somewhere else when he gets released....how much good that can be is anyone's guess, but it's something ....depending if his dad follows through with that offer. 
Either way....she has made the decision that he can't come back home. NOW she has to remain strong in that decision.  Gil loves the needle more than life it seems and that is killing her along with him.

We will be back home after the first week in December.
Spending Thanksgiving at my sons in Sarasota like we did last year. Learned last year that my son is  a damned good cook. DIL Deb doesn't like to cook and has never made any bones about that fact. He fixes the entire meal and enjoys doing it.
Neither of them have told me they are divorced yet and it will  be two years come February. They date and spend time at each others place. He does all her repair work and upkeep. They actually act like a married couple ( for whatever that is. )
Tomorrow we have been invited to go out in the inter-coastal waters on  a pontoon boat with them if the weather is good. I've been before in one of his friends cabin cruisers and enjoyed the time tremendously. While Ed has a healthy respect for the ocean where he nearly drowned as a young man, I think he will see this as a big difference and enjoy himself.
