There has been alot of drama unfolding.
Just went to the kitchen to refill my coffee cup.  The begging and pleading on the other end was gut wrenching.
Butchie came here a few times yesterday too. Turned my EMPTY dryer on to try to drown out his pleading.
He went from one end of the spectrum to the other. Nasty name calling to I love you, please,please,please say you love me.
Has voiced suicide now and every other time she tried to break away from him.
Frankly....this situation isn't good.  I shit you not!
 He wears her down so much she feels sorry for him and gives in..  He is trying to wear her down again.
I can hear the desperation in his voice.
Once yesterday she wasn't here when he came. As he headed to the rear of the house he saw me at the kitchen sink and  the heartache in his voice was quite evident.
Yes, I feel sorry for him.  Jill has told him she cares for him as a person, but doesn't love him.
He doesn't want to hear that and yells, " yes you do."
He rented a place in NH against her wishes a few months back. His vacation starts today and he thought she and Logan would be coming with him for a few days. She never said she would go. He just assumed it.
His daughter is away with her mother and he will get to have her from Monday until the end of the week.
Speaking of renting a place for 1 week....he hasn't paid his mortgage or other bills in over 6 months.
Bought a boat a few weeks back for a grand with the intention of fixing it up and cleaning it for a quick resale for more money.   Now he has decided to have fun in it all summer.
He has a boat already that he uses for the ocean.  This one is more lake usable.
No bank account...she has had to cash his paychecks at our bank  as well as his side job checks.
That's what he bought the boat with...painted a house.
Other than his 6 year old daughter he has no one in his life.
His cries are pitiful and his hurt is raw.
Why am I going on like this??????  Feel sorry for him, but he has made his own mess of his life.
Why is it that every time I hear a noise outside my heart skips a beat......oh my blankety blank nerves!

   She and I need to get up to Sam's Club and buy our meats.
I will save money that way she said.  ummmmmmmmmmmm what about the gas money to drive to NH.
Know we are close to the state line.....15 miles or less each way...gas money?
   I'm back.................and I really do think we saved a bundle by going to Sam's Club.
Not that we are through buying. They didn't have steammers or fresh corn on the cob. There are a few more itmes we need, so I handed her $100 and said bring me SOME change.
Keyword:        SOME............ Unlike ....bring me THE change.
As I saw all the meats going in our cart .... 2 bags of meatballs, 30 lbs. of burgers, ribs, 3 lbs of dogs( have 3lbs here already), 4 lg pkgs of keilbasa, more chicken to add to the 10lbs. I won.
I was darn glad I'm not the one prepping all these meats with rubs and such  and cutting things up.
Phew!!   Just tagging along to see what I myself might like ( got a large thing of strawberries to nibble on) 2 lg bottles of wine to make Sangria's for those that would like one...........moi and ???
Going to rest up a bit before I start making the salads for Jill to bring up to the shop and put into those huge fridges. Tagging along is tiring.    I shit you not!
Made a few suggestions on items when we were there and she actually said, "we don't need it."   : 0 )
   Will pop in tomorrow.  Unless I get up with the birds......it will be short and sweet. ; 0 )

Where is that monies going????  Little makes it to our schools.
My parents never had to pay buy kleenex and the likes before I entered a grade.
Everything we needed was provided by our school.

Could go on and on, but won't. You know the mess our schools are in.

Won $12,000 and some odd on a Carry Over Cover All at bingo in NH ...Stopped going to bingo because my ass killed me at the end of the night. 

Those carry over coveralls draw people who normally don't go to the hall that you are do week after week.    In order to get a seat you have to go early.

While I know that a casino in MA will be a convenience for those that drive elsewhere to gamble, I will not be fooled as to whom will benefit the most from the monies.

   Whoopsie!   Someone just called to remind moi that the dogs have an 11 a.m. appointment today.
 Thank goodness for reminder calls.
These months are flying by ..........much too fast for me or to my liking.

   I'm back!  Lady's teeth and breath are horrid. Ears needed cleaning and drops.
Both  got their immunizations, lyme, distemper and kennel cough. Heart worm test and 6 months of heart worm chewables. Ear cleaner for Lady plus ear medicine...he also did them there. An antibiotic to give Lady for 12 days for her oral hygene mess. Also something to put in their water and directly into their mouth with food for their oral hygene.
The vet that had that office passed away unexpectedly in April 09.   : 0 (
They finally have someone coming in once a week presently to see dogs and cats. : 0 )
Thankfully they discount very nicely as did Dr.Ali. 
$270 for everything. Yes, it's alot of money....I agree, but in checking around just the immunizations would have been over $200 each.
This vet could not believe Lady's nature. He had never seen a pomeranian so docile and well behaved. : 0 )
Other than Lady's oral hygene they are both in good health.  Had her teeth cleaned maybe three years ago now.  They were bad when I rescued her 7 years back.
The vet spent 1 hour with myself and the dogs.... I'm happy with him and feel good that I did the right thing by my dogs. Keeping one step ahead of the Poor House is good too.
    Next year it's Rabies vaccine along with the others. 
Can't be sitting around all day ...Sunday will be here before I know it.
Going to go out front and take a picture of the hydrangea for another post.
Jill mowed the front and back yard while I was at the vets.  Nice day...no humidity.
   Tracy came over around 8 last night. Hubby asked me to keep her out of the
bedroom, so I missed So You Think You Can Dance.  : 0 (   
Jill invited her to the cookout. When she asked what she could bring, I said a watermellon.  She is going to Maine by train for her nieces 1st birthday.
Leaving tomorrow and coming back Sunday.
I figured a watermellon would be easy....I'm nice that way.  I shit you not!

So here are some new ones that are blooming until that day comes.
Jaiden rearranged the bunnies.  That's what lil kids do. I shit you not!

Kid#3 Terry is home.  He had signed himself into the hospital as he was having suicidal thoughts.

His son, my grandson David came with his family to swim in the pool yesterday.

Nana was a big deal and ordered pizza to be delivered. Jimmy,Jordan and Jaiden approved.

Sent all three home with a large bag of M and M's. : 0 ) cause that's what nana's do.

Jaiden was one last October.  Wasn't long before he was too comfortable wearing floaties and had no fear. His little legs were pumping away.

Mom was busy taking pictures with her cell phone and nana didn't catch the ShutterBug fever.

There will be another day.  : 0 )

I slept like the dead last night.....keeping an eye on little ones around a pool can be exhausting.

My eyes needed a long rest and they got just that.

Hoping to get brave enough to empty out the catch all drawer on my hutch . It won't make a dent in the housework, but I'm tired of rummaging through it.

The kids may be back today...so that's my excuse for not getting to it now.

   Jill and friend took off for the day and night and today yesterday.

Need to take hubby to the chiropractor. Lots of need to's........

Logan is still at his dad's.

Can't believe June is over with. We still haven't made any calls about having a cookout this Saturday.

When I see the whites of Jill's eyes we need to make some decisions. Chicken and steak tips need to start defrosting in the fridge. 

Nicer weather to move about more comfortably. Will plug away at something.

Was a smoker when I began this   : 0 (

Use to say, " nothing will ever own me."  

I was the worst complainer about people that smoke up until the year 1980....so what age was I ?

 Did the math ....43 ish.

Then I said God got me for being so pious.

Oh I had snuck a cigarette when i was maybe 10 ish and a neighbor that we called Aunt Rita came by the window of the room I was in and the hurt in her voice made me feel so damned guilty ...that was it.

Until I was a grown up.

Aunt Rita taught me how to bake a cake and I respected her.

Took a cigarette from ex2's package once when I was ticked off. Lit it, took a puff of the cigarette and then a swallow of Pepsi to wash down the taste left in my mouth.. Back and forth until I was dizzy and laid down on the bed until the room stopped spinning. I shit you not!

The next time I picked up a cigarette was ( my guess now and then was to assert myself that the one thing I had control over was my body) ,so I snuck one out of my mother's pack. Went out to the cabana /shed in the back yard and smoked it. This time I didn't get sick.  : 0 (

Yeah, I surprised alot of people, including my parents that both smoked and I felt like a naughty child when they found out.

Hubby use to say, " the lips that touch cigarettes will never touch mine."

We met when we both were 30 and he had just quit smoking ....cold turkey.

Was a 3 pack a day smoker. Driving a heavy oil delivery truck he only needed both hands when he shifted gears. Went to a comedy show and coughed so much when he was laughing ....he left the show so that others could enjoy it and put the smokes down right then and there.

His doctors have told him now that he would have been in alot worst shape with his lungs...if he didn't.

   So my habit got up to over 2 packs a day....sigh!

Tried the patch a few times in the 1990's when I was still working. And the gum...

Once was because I felt guilty leaving hubby's hospital bed frequently to go outside and smoke.

The next time he was hospitalzed I wasn't smoking, but had the urges and cravings .

Once home, hubby was on a tirade about something . Think it was because I gave him 2 asprin when he thought he was having a heart attack and accused me of trying to kill him. Since his brain bleeds he has been told no asprin.....but I thought in a case of life or death....sigh!

Headed right to kid#7 Jill's package and lit up.

The last time he was in the hospital the doctor gave him asprin when he was having tingling in his hand,arm and face.  His physician figured the same as I did. damned if you do and damned if you don't.

So guess I can let go of that guilt. : 0 )

Then for no reason at all after watching a commercial for Chantix in December of 2007, I thought ....if this works...why not try it.

Enjoyed my butts....they calmed my anxiety when it hit....

Had my first cateract removed in December. Asked my primary for an RX for Chantix and decided January 15th, 2008 ( my mother's birthdate and the date my sister Nancy died) was the start date.

I'm a believer!  : 0 )

P.S. I do believe the RX for Wellbutrin was an important factor in this  I still take that and had taken Paxil ( boo hoo's going through the change of life).

Have never felt the urge or craved a cigarette since.

Trust moi....I have experienced anxiety, been stressed and pissed off and angry many times over since I quit smoking.

Someone smoking right next to me doesn't bother me, nor does the fact that Jill smokes here at home.

: 0 ) Sure am enjoying the extra MAD money....I shit you not!

  As I entertained the thought of showering and getting ready for the Outback, I decided to dress UP.
Dressing UP is wearing more than the usual jeans and top.
I'm one of those that wears the same damned things and saves the nicer things for..........??? beats moi.
A friend gave me a gift certificate last year for my birthday. Was planning on going to kid#6's in Sarasota,Fl at that time ( March ) and got 2 lovely summer outfits.
Did wear them while I was there, but since then..... maybe once.
Figured they ( meaning the family ) will not have me laid out in one of these as they are short sleeved ...... funeral directors always want long sleeved clothing. : 0 (
I secretly think they want to save on make up that way.
Asked myself, why not enjoy wearing these all summer long when we eat out on Sunday.
Much too pretty to hide away in a closet.  Oh la la,,,,they have embroidered flowers and sequins on both the top and bottoms.

     Can you believe this.....I have always saved things for another day. One would think I would have learned my lesson a long time ago. Way back over 50 years ago when the first ex took off with every gift he had ever bought me when he was in Japan. China still packed in crates, crystal, knick nacks, the whole nine yards.

Found an empty attic one day.  His second wife enjoyed them.  They had no kids. She ended up divorcing him and he died in his house alone as I told him that was the way he would go some day.

   Dinner was great.....definately wasn't a diet platter. Coconut shrimp appetizer,a salad, the meal and a Strawberry Peach Sangria.  Burp!
Filled out an Outback survey online and got the appetizer free with that. Was given Outback  scratch cards last week by the manager and got a $5 off my meal with that. Dinner bill came to $21.42 with that $15 taken off.  Yessssssssssssssssss do I know how to save a penny....LOL  Plus the tip of course.
Have had more drinks in the past few months than I've had in 5 or more years.

   Jill came home from work around 5 p.m.   Got drenched in a few of the downpours around this area.
Showered, made herself a rum and coke ( pssssssssssssst ! She now keeps a bottle of rum in her room ) dressed up, did her makeup and hair and left.
Asked her what her plans were as it was early.  " No plans".... was my answer.
"Probably will meet up with George."
She has told me he is always singing Georgia On My Mind.
Is that an OMEN??? Her dad was engaged to a Georgia George before he married moi.  I shit you not!
He definately isn't what her taste has been in men......looks are not everything, I know. 
He is also older than the previous men. 57 I think. Not that that is a problem...not at all.
Did say to her the other day she shouldn't tie herself down to one person.
Will she listen....  do your kids ever listen to you no matter how old they are. sigh!
Some of her so called friends were calling her while she was getting ready to go out. Miss you, when you coming out, come to my place for a drink.....you know the kind. : 0 (    loosers!

    Jill just came home....almost 10 p.m. She made herself a drink.The friend and her are sitting outside....
He's a beer drinker....would be fair to guess he has a beer with him.
Hubby was a beer drinker. Since the brain bleeds 6 years or so ago he hasn't touched a beer or any hard liquor. Water is his drink of choice now.  
Not faulting anyone that has a few drinks now and then.  That would be like calling the kettle black...wouldn't it.   Made myself a tall Strawberry Peach Apricot Brandy ???? before I sat at the computer.
Loosened my fingers up.....wouldn't you agree ??????????

It's Monday
   Kid#5 Cheryl called minutes ago to let me know she had another baby robin.
This one isn't as young as the first.  Her son Danny was telling a friend about her raising the baby robin and they knew someone who had one. Everytime they placed it back in it's nest, it would hop right out again.
They called her last night at 9 to ask if she would take it.
She has Sucker written on her forehead, just like her mom has. LOL
Oh ...... if I haven't mentioned it before ..........she could talk the ears off  of a deaf person. LOL

Finally got a spark of shopping enthusiasm around 3 p.m. yesterday .....got behind the wheel of my car and went up to the center of town  a whole 2 miles or less away.
Not much there, but they do have a KMart and Burlington Coat Factory.
Shopping for other people always excites my heart.....so I did just that in the BCF.
Three nice short sleeved shirts for Ryan to wear to work at the credit union, 2 pull over type of shirts young,Gil likes and flip flops and a bathing suit for Logan.
Once upon a time, I knew most of my grands clothing size and all year long I would pick things up for them or buy their school clothes. The moms loved it and so did moi.
Think it's been over a month since I strolled through BCF and that is soooooo not like moi.
   Got the two of a us a sausage, pepper and onion sub for our supper while out.  Wasn't thrilled with it....have had better, but they do make a real good Steak Bomb at that place..
Tracie saw me pull in my driveway and thought maybe I had groceries to bring in ,so she came over and rang the bell.
Dang dogs went crazy yipping until I got up from the table and answered the door.
Tells me that I had been gone awhile when I told her I went out to get us something to eat.
Left my purchases in my car trunk.  
shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhush  Tracie my brain was thinking.
Hubby's B/P was 110/60 Friday..........let's keep it that way.  If you are reading this Barb...you know from where I speak. LOL
It's the old...........oh, these are not a new pair of shoes I'm wearing honey. I've had these in my closet for two years now.      I'm a bad girl!  I shit you not!
Tracie hung around at the table an hour or so.  I was yawning and they were real yawns, not fake ones.
Gave her a To GO package of leftovers from another meal and she was ready to go pop in her the micro wave for her supper.
   Jill called me around 9 to let me know she was through and heading back to unload the truck.
Suspect she went to the VFW afterwards..  Came home around 11 p.m. We had just shut our tv off.
    Am thinking I gave hubby the wrong coffee for his second cup this morning.
There is a cup left in his 2 cup pot of Maxwell House Original flavor and my Dunkin Donut  Hazelnut  has less remaining than it normally does.  Ut Oh!
He nicely said, " Do me a favor. No more coffee in the morning for me. That tasted like shit. Just make me a cup of tea."
I'm shocked!   Told him of my suspected blunder.
Can do. Will add Green Tea to my grocery list.

 This Easter Lily that is about to bloom doesn't know Easter is over. LOLTrumpet Vine.  I planted this to attract hummingbirds. Hubby has seen one a few times on the HB feeder. Which is inches away from this vine.Day Lilies are starting to bloom.

I see a red astibille in this picture. Planted every color in the back yard. The leafy part looks so graceful.

Something is always beginning to bloom. Can't wait for the Rose of Sharon bushes to burst into color.
Have one that I planted right outside my bedroom window that I face when I am at the computer.

   Have had calls from daughter Cheryl reporting on bird sightings. She thinks the robin she raised this year is in the trees around her house.
  Randy brought me a variety of individual Table Talk pies yesterday.   There goes my diet....what diet!
Outback this p.m.  The weeks go by so darn fast. 
Was going to bring Logan out to eat with us, but he went to dad's yesterday afternoon.
Nana agreed to only one night of Kenny sleeping over and at dad's they agreed to at least one or more nights, I'm assuming.  Kenny's mother was out front with a plastic bag of clothes for him to take with him.
Logan ran in and took 4 XBOX games with him.
Supposedly dad don't like them.This I have heard from Logan...BUT have heard from a good source they have heard dad tell Logan to sneak a few out . He don't buy them, BUT he plays the online XBOX games I buy. I shit you not!
When he came home the other day he was wearing Erzi's size 7-8 boxer shorts.  I shit you not!
Grabs stuff to wear out of a laundry basket at dad's and never looks at the size. Cartoon characters didn't give him a clue, nor did the wedgie from wearing them.  Boys!  lol
Same with socks. Never comes home wearing the size he wears or a matching pair..
   Jill has left for work.  There were 6 cookouts yesterday. Workers heading here there and everywhere.
One of the female workers Sue called her yesterday and informed Jill she was taking the truck with the A/C....Jill added and the radio....Jill's job was a longer distance away, but no problem.
When they got back to the shop at 10: p.m. to unload her truck the phone was ringing.
Her helper asked her if she was going to answer it. She told him that was what the answering machine was for at that time of night.  He answered the phone. Sue...I'm broke down, can someone come get me.
This guy had something to go to so he asksed Jill if she would go get her.
"When pigs fly", she told him.   There is no love lost between Sue and Jill...I might add.
Before she left she told me that no one won the BIG money at the Moose last Wednesday night.
Told me that she knew Butchie would be there so that's why she didn't go........next Wednesday he should be on duty at the fire station.          Hopefully : 0 )
Oh...just remembered something she said....." This is the first morning my stomach hasn't killed me in a week."
My comment was in the form of a question. " Isn't this telling you something."
No comment back.  That's her way of not confronting her addiction.
Gave her more food for thought. When I said it...it wasn't in a wise ass way...calmly spoken.
  Time to start a load of laundry. Pets have all been fed and cages cleaned. Wrote 2 bags of kitty litter on my grocery list for the ferrets and cans of cat food for Charlie and whatever other cat around here that bullies Charlie to leave the food dish. Yesterday he was planted very discreetly amongst the flower bushes waiting for a bird to land.  Had to move when I turned the sprinkler on that side of the yard.
