Cough! Cough! I don't know about your schools, but ours began crying HELP shortly after the lottery was approved.
Where is that monies going???? Little makes it to our schools.
My parents never had to pay buy kleenex and the likes before I entered a grade.
Everything we needed was provided by our school.
Could go on and on, but won't. You know the mess our schools are in.
This new sell to the people that get behind the vote , included the promise of more revenue going to our cities and towns to benefit our schools. cough! cough!

Just look to CT that have two casinos close by and is 2 hours away from moi.

Yes...I have been to the casinos in CT .... but having watched a few Expose's on tv about my odds and the houses odds of winning and seeing a family member get a BAD gambling addiction ....no more.
Even won over $1000 a few times.....knew that I could quite possibly become addicted.
What a high the sights and sounds give you. Of course, if you have been...you know that.
Won $12,000 and some odd on a Carry Over Cover All at bingo in NH ...Stopped going to bingo because my ass killed me at the end of the night.
Those carry over coveralls draw people who normally don't go to the hall that you are do week after week. In order to get a seat you have to go early.
Sitting for long periods doesn't agree with my ass and legs. Stiffness sets in. : 0 (
While I know that a casino in MA will be a convenience for those that drive elsewhere to gamble, I will not be fooled as to whom will benefit the most from the monies. It won't be moi, it won't be you, it won't be our schools. I shit you not!

My daughter Cheryl's husband Dana won 4 mil on a scratch ticket not too long ago.
I vaguely mentioned that before. Think it was about 8 years back.
They are DEAD BROKE....which as I said before is a longgggggggggggggg story and for another time.

gorgeous flowers...not much for gambling myself. One of my Friends had a bad addiction, wasn't pretty to watch :(

That hydrangea bush is so laden with flowers that the weight is making it lean over. It's a nice sight to see when you pull in the driveway. :0)
