Woke at 7:15 a.m. RESTED.  That should have told me something.............as I headed out of our bedroom I glanced in hubby's potty.  EMPTY!  BONE DRY!   I shit you not!

 He is sleeping peacefully and I'm about to take my first sip of HOT COFFEE.  ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh GOOD!
Uncanny...he stirred, woke and quipped " Don't start" when he saw me looking at him. That's what I jokingly say to him when he looks towards me.
Okay soooooooooooooo I got some good sleep...can't have it ALL. 
It was a struggle for the both of us. Lack of activity made him STIFF and his legs weaker., but I'm happy to report he peed ( by himself ;0)  ) got back in bed with my AID and ever so slowly managed to get himself back up towards the pillows to sit and take his meds and drink his coffee.  That's where we are now. Mine's lukewarm....so what's the difference between this morning or any other morning. In this modern age we have microwaves. LIfe is GOOD!  Right away my thoughts went to what kind of hardships did  our ancestors have with an ill person to care for.  Truly ....I have it sooooooooooo much better and DON'T I KNOW IT!

Jill stripped beds while she was getting Logan off to school. Began a load of laundry and went back to bed?
Quiet down that end of the house.  Cash must be happy.
A day of sobriety yesterday and this week ....well let's just say that this week is Chris D's wake Tuesday, Funeral Wednesday and my SIL Joe is the caterer . Then we have a 22 year old that died in an accident in town at 1 a.m. that will be catered by the SIL too and then we have a 16 year old that hung himself with his XBOX wiring/cords? that also will be catered by my SIL and Jill will be working these functions.
Thursday hubby has to go get his stitches removed ( a 7 mile drive :0)  ) and it looks like I will be running her up to the center of town and dropping her off. Friday...she made appointments for the both of us with her orthopedist. Her elbow and my upper arm pain. Cortisone....take me awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. ;0)
About now..I'll take some Mucinex tablets for my cold.  Don't know if it's Mind Over Matter, but those things have worked the few times I have needed something.

Things went downhill....visiting nurse came ....an hour gone from my life..ker ching!
Then it was an old neighbor friend of ours ( one street over ) who lost his partner a year ago to cancer. Van is a sweet guy and stops by once a month or so to see hubby.  Another hour gone...ker ching!
Somewhere in between Van arriving and Randy coming, Jill disappeared in my car.  She came back around two.  .
   Tracie has gone off to cash in beer bottles that she picked up yesterday from someones rubbish. I have 4 bags again of tonic cans in my yard. Every time I have to get in her car, she has to leave them in my yard. Then she gets more cans, borrows my bags and this repeats itself.  Until Randy asks her if she thinks we are running a Redemption Center in a not too nice tone of voice. Which...embarrasses me, but gets her to get rid of the cans....until the next time.

It's now nearing 9 p.m.  Went out for awhile tonight with Tracie. Barely got myself in her car. Snapped a pic I'll post maybe tomorrow ........it's self explanatory.   I shit you not!
There was MORE tonight, but I'm too tired to even THINK.....
Going to go give hubby his night meds and climb between the sheets hoping for a REPEAT of last night.
Yeah...it was THAT GOOD. ;0)
