Yep...I'm no poet. ;0) Nor am I too smart....laid back down and sent a prayer out to my car INSTEAD of taking a picture of it. Ten minutes later it was pouring rain and it was only THEN that the light dawned. Up again...not much left to see, but I snapped a shot anyway.
Jill went out this morning when Logan headed off to school and my car paint job looks fine. ;0)
She tells me that Cash was frightened and headed under her covers shaking. Big Bad Dog that he is. ;0)
Lady is afraid of thunder, but I heard not a whimper from her kennel beside me....UNTIL a few hours later when she wanted out to pee. Ginger just rose up on her hind legs to see why I was opening the slider. Nothing bothers her. Up again....as I was a few other times during the night to relieve myself. Broken nights sleep.....heard hubby a few times too. BUT I checked out right after nine. YESSSSSSSSSSSS ;0)
Pins and needles sensation was gone and my feet felt flat again by the first time I got out of bed. No soreness...haven't had to put ice on my back where I got the injections. Another YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!
B and P furniture store just called at 8:15 a.m. My table WITH the hardware to put it together will arrive in 45 minutes. Hubby is still AMAZINLY asleep. I say amazingly because Sarah came to drop off Gavin, the W.B. came from work and the dogs barked both times, and the phone ringing didn't wake him or even disturb him. Now if I was the BITCH I claimed I was yesterday...I'd wake his happy ass. He kept telling Bill the phycologist that Tracie always wakes him and he needs his sleep. Further inquiry from Bill gleaned that hubby sleeps off and on all day long. Not good, he told him.
Further inquiry also gleaned that hubby is a LONER. No passion for anything. Now or in the past. No real friends. He always preferred to see people away from the house. OH, people he knew did like him. He was 150 degrees the other way when he talked to other people. A sought after dance partner. Can't begin to tell you how many women thought I was one lucky SOAB. THEY thought I was they standoffish one! sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh NEVER judge a book by it's cover! ;0)
Thinking of getting a pedicure today. ;0) It's nice that Jill has to stay home to watch Gavin....I can take off whenever I feel like it. :0)
Can't believe that the 19th is just around the corner. :0)
My scale is being good to me this week. :0)
Logan's 13th birthday is tomorrow.:0) Remember when????? I do!:0)
Jill ordered a cake from that $50 Gift Certificate I won. Has to drive a distance to pick it up in Manchester,NH. Table set will be set in place, JUST IN TIME. :0)
The W.B. was whining this morning that his daughter Alex always misses out on our family things and he will too tomorrow. He has to work. Poor Baby! We have just cake and ice cream, a family thing on THE DATE of the birthday. No...we won't be waiting til Saturday...Thank you very much.
He also was whining on the phone to his daughter that she didn't call or text him yesterday. He wants a call every day before she heads off to school. Poor baby. Must she tell you that she loves you before she hangs up too as Logan was required to do? Speaking of...his dad ( gag me ) has gone on vacation to Mexico. Mrs. Williams is caring for Erzi AGAIN! I most likely won't be alive to see the results from this child being discarded to someone elses care year after year. Who knows...maybe he'll be all the better for it. I hear from Logan that Mrs. Williams is elderly and very nice. :0)
9 a.m. Pub table was finished being put together. :0) We ...meaning Jill and I haven't decided yet if we want the 3 bench seats bolted together.
I like! Now will hubby be able to sit in that lone seat at the end? It's dark brown, but looks black to moi. Hubby never stirred when the dogs barked and the two men used a power drill to put it together. I can dig it! ;0) His breathing is even...... :0)
Going to shower and dress.....
10:19 p.m. Tell you about the rest of my day tomorrow. (((hugs)))
That's All Folks!

I love the table. Good idea putting the bench seats together. Hubby and I got caught in hail like that one time when we were on the way home from the city. All the cars had to pull over to the side of the road and sit. This was in the middle of the summer. It's scary.
ReplyDeleteMary
love the table set and happy birthday to Logan..March babies are special ;)
ReplyDeleteGosh he's turning 13? Happy happy birthday to the new teenager! I love the new table, really stylish and space saving, like the old kitchen nooks but much better they way you can have the seating the way you want it.
ReplyDeleteAh husbands, yes everyone thinks mine is such a jolly fellow - outside the home - nobody ever sees what goes on behind closed doors though.
