D D Hopefully you will see ...less and less of me

Another 1lb.6oz's lost.
Not going off as fast as I would like, but what do I expect by not drinking water or excercizing.
Just a few ounces more and it will be 20 pounds I've lost in eight weeks.
That's two 10 pound sacks of potatos and that ain't HAY I've been told. ;0)
DIL Deb is going to get me out WALKING with no dog to stop every two feet to smell the grass on the neighbor's lawns.
That's what she told me after our W.W. Meeting tonight which was about the benefits of walking.
Is that a :0) or an :0( ?   Time will tell.

Hubby has been having more of those Mystery Symptoms. :0(
Yesrerday it effected his speech and lasted much longer.
His P.T. person was here shortly after it began and when he took his vitals...all was well.
No different than any other day he has taken his B/P, etc. :0)

Talked to my daughter Cheryl two days back.
All was gloom and doom.  sigh!
All she has to look forward to is dying she said. :0(
When I told her to see a docotr for depression med's she gave me her usual.....those are just poisons that the government wants to poison us with to lessen the population.     HUH?????
YET... she smokes POT !  I shit you not!
Told her I have been taking an anti depressant for a few years and I'm not dead yet.
Finally I just said.... do what you want after listening to her go on and on and about next year on Dec.22nd we will all be dead for the umpteenth eleven hundreth time.    sigh!.
Her fifteen year old daughter Shayla and her ten year old son Trevor are saying that they are depressed.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm wonder where they get that from. Not her she said, because she has stopped saying it in front of them.
Okay....I give!
Her husband Dana yelled at her for her being so down on everything and life in general that morning.
" Mom, if I can't express my feelings to my husband then who can I express them to" sher asked/said.
I'll spare you the rest..............................................................

Talked to Jill yesterday to remind her she needed to give Lady her heartworm pill.  She did that the other morning. :0)
She tells me that Randy is hardly speaking to her. He's still pissed at her that he couldn't be the one to do my kitchen counters and she let the WB do them.
I will be sooooooooo happy to see that burned counter from that exploding glass votive GONE.
I shit you not!
Have heard by way of the "grapevine" that she is still going out drinking at The Moose Club.
Of course the W.B. is still in the picture.:0(

Tomorrow is another day. :0)
Better days are coming is an expression that I have heard.
I'm WAITING...I shit you not!

That's All Folks!

  2. Have I told you that you are my hero? Twenty pounds is fabulous. I can't wait to see the weight start dropping. Maybe I can fit into some of my clothes again. It's weird because I don't look 206 pounds. I definitely look overweight, but not that much.

Sorry hubby is having those attacks again. What is frightening is that they cannot find out what it is.

Tell daughter Cheryl if she is afraid of taking poisons, she'd best stop smoking that pot. It's not the same stuff that was out back in our day. Today's marijuana is filled with toxic chemicals.

  3. Congrats on the weight loss! Marijuana can also be a depressant. Cheryl really sounds like she needs to see someone, even if she refuses to take meds.

  4. Hooray for more losssssssssssssssss!

Hooray for d-i-law getting you out to walk!

I can say that because we have been walking here.... A few days in a row. So, naturally I think I'm wonnnnnnnnnnnderful. LOL. Actually, it feels goooooood.

Went in morning today, and came home and we both cleaned the downstairs together. How about that? Instead of walking tiring me out, it energized me. 'Course, we do not WALK like other younger people. But! It's still moving. -grin-

Dang those mystery attacks hubby has. -sigh- It would have been great, if they no longer happened. Duhhhh, of course it would have been great if...

Oh, is 4/8 the date of the doc appointment, made for you, down there? Maybe??????? Be honest will you please, with the doc, I mean? Tell all the stuff which is an issue, for you. He/she can't help you, if you don't talk to him/her.

    Gentle hugs...

  5. 20 pounds is HUGE Pat, well done. You must feel so much better. I always struggled with walking but once I was out the door I enjoyed it.
Hope things get better for you soon. Bloody kids eh? Who'd have 'em? ;)
